Description: The successful candidate should have extensive direct issuer contacts and calling experience to expand and diversify our existing high profile client base to small and medium sized municipal and non-profit issuers. The candidate has the opportunity to significantly impact the derivatives product offering, grow the business, and become a key player within the organization. The candidate must effectively analyze and structure the derivative products. In addition, s/he needs to have an appreciation of the back and middle office issues, systems, and policies/procedures.



The successful candidate will have five or more years municipal banking experience with a strong focus on cross-selling derivative products. Strong knowledge of derivative products required, particularly municipal derivative products. The candidate will have strong marketing, structuring, negotiating and pricing skills, and a proven track record of successful building a business.
