Originally known for the tracksuit, Juicy Couture has expanded into womens and girls ready-to-wear apparel, shoes, swimwear, timepieces, handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, optic eyewear, small leather goods and womens fragrances. Responsibilities: The Vice President of Stores is responsible for the profitable operation of the Juicy Couture Outlet business. The selected candidate will uniquely craft, oversee and execute a three-year strategic plan designed to continually reenergize Outlet in both its Field and Corporate capacities. He/she will work closely with leaders across the business to enhance brand experience while driving profitability. The selected individual will partner with Design/Merchandising to develop successful key item businesses and subsequent depth of assortment. This person will manage the balance between MFO categories and excess inventory. They will develop and maintain monthly floor sets. He/she will also work closely with human resources to attract, train, motivate and retain talent in both Corporate and Field. Additionally, the chosen candidate will actively assist Real Estate Construction and Real Estate Store Design in evaluating the existing store base to determine areas of opportunity. Further, he/she will regularly assess the Field to maximize staff efficiency and control payroll costs. They will effectively transition staff to optimal functions. He/she will continue to strengthen the District Manager (DM) teams and actively develop a culture focused more on brand and profitability. In developing this culture, he/she will inspire the Field teams to meet or exceed company sales goals while challenging them to find creative and positive ways to create and enhance the customer experience. He/she will ensure associates are empowered with the knowledge, tools, skills, motivation, encouragement and clearly articulated standards that will continually improve their performance in line with the brands business objectives as well as the customers values, expectations and experiences. He/she must be able to travel 20%% of time..

Qualifications: Requirements: . Bachelors degree or higher . Comprehensive knowledge of industry, contemporary marketplace and outlet business. . Proven leadership in sales, business and strategic planning . At least 10 years experience in store management . Demonstrated ability in managing high-performing regions . Experience in store operations highly desirable . Ease in making decisions creatively, prudently and decisively . Ability to ensure the development of bench strength to fill critical position openings . Enthusiastic in being a personal example for collaboration and empowerment within the management team and in any efforts impacting the brand image, vision and objectives . Confident in ensuring the store aesthetic and the responsiveness of retail services meets or exceeds consumer expectations . Drive to establish and maintain an environment of creativity and continual self-improvement . Ability to oversee business measurements; traffic, conversion, units per transaction; sales vs. plan, gross margin, etc. Skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook
