Description: As the Vice President of Finance you will:

- Own the development, design and communication of new or updates to global finance policies
- Assess the risk and associated mitigating strategies
- Coordinate the company participation in GAAP/IFRS standard setting process and evaluation/implementation of emerging accounting developments
- Provide guidance on ad hoc accounting issues/transactions
- Lead the process to develop and gain approval for policies that impact the financial statements
- Carry out the review process with finance executives to gain approval of new or updates to finance policies
- Lead process for influencing standard setting, evaluating impact of proposals and implementing final rules
- Establish new finance policies
- Provide timely updates of existing policies
- Monitor the emerging GAAP/IFRS tracking tool
- Provide GAAP/IFRS advice to internal customers
- Produce senior management reports on GAAP/IFRS developments/initiatives

Required Skills:
- 8-15 years of technical accounting experience
- Thorough understanding of the GAAP
- Exceptional Word and Excel skills
