Description: Vice President Fixed Income Sales and Trading
Looking for a mid-level VP that has a background in fixed income sales and trading. Individual should be familiar with all aspects of fixed income (cash, derivatives, and structured notes) and should have experience in a sales (sales/trading) type setting. Market knowledge, understanding of trading conventions, experience in dealing with clients, and ability to supervise a team are all key requirements. In addition, ability to think on your feet and make good judgment decisions with limited or incomplete information is key. Fast paced environment and high volumes create need to multitask and balance both internal and external relationships. Experience with trading with the street a plus but more important is ability to design, develop and execute trading strategies and help to monetize the global fixed income views of wealth management.
