Position Description: VP â?? Compliance Job responsibilities: â• a Supervise Compliance team responsible for guideline coding and monitoring using automated compliance systems. â• a Familiarity with order management systems (specifically Charles River) and the compliance functionality within such systems a must. â• a Ability to code rules and guidelines into Charles River a must. â• a Review client mandates, including advisory contracts, prospectuses and statements of additional information. â• a Assist in the new fund/product implementations including guideline review and summarization of regulatory restrictions â• a Assist in the identification, resolution and reporting of trading and guideline errors within any client account. â• a Familiarity with 1940 Act, UCITS, and state insurance regulations a plus. â• a Supervisory experience is a plus but not required provided a demonstrated level of knowledge and in experience with Charles River. â• a Other projects/tasks as required
