We possess seamless delivery capabilities, deep financial and valuation-related accounting acumen and robust industry experience Our professionals help companies identify measure and articulate the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations. We help clients to properly quantify and articulate values for financial reporting, taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. We understand the requirements associated with the development of value conclusions under GAAP, tax, and regulatory rules that allow companies to understand the value of an entity, asset, or liability so they can make informed business and investment decisions Intangible Asset Valuation - employ systematic and well-established approaches to identify and value various categories of intangible assets. Categories of intangible assets include, among others, marketing, technology, relationship-related intangible assets and contractual intellectual property. Qualified Senior Associates will possess the following: - a3-5 years of technical and financial advisory related experience - aDemonstrated experience in business and strategic planning, managing client relationships.a Will create and deliver client proposals to obtain new engagements - Must possess exceptional leadership/supervision skills - A strong finance, accounting or economics background required - Experience in professional services firm preferred - BBA required; MBA preferred; ASA, CPA and/or CFA, a plus
