Position Description: Support the regulatory restructure efforts of the Foreign Insurance Division. . Complete valuation analysis and compilations which support the Foreign Insurance restructure and M&A activity. . Prepare valuations which suport a US Tax and PGAAP position. . Model an indicated range of intangible values including: - distribution channels - geographic reach - customer loyalty - market perception . Prepare DCF models related to excess earnings or free cash flows of the target. . Complete comparative transactions and market analysis . Prepare formal documentation and reports detailing indicated results. . Communicate findings to various levels of management. . Apply probblem solving techniques . Prepare a monthly status report to inform senior management of progress and major problems and recommended corrective action

Position Requirements: . BS in economics -CFA is preferred . 3-5 years of valuation type experience . Ability to analyze data in complex environment with numerous interconnected flows of information . Working knowledge of EXCEL, to model spreadsheets, create reports and prepare sensitivity analysis. . Solid data analysis and quantitative skills . Good writeen and verbal communications . Ability to work within a team environment
