Position Description: With a rapidly growing online focus we need executive level talent with a deep understanding and broad practical experience in online acquisition, cross-sell/up-sell, retention and servicing programs, inclusive of all elements necessary for their enablement; digital marketing, website design and development and dependant technologies. They need to be depended on for strategic thinking, developing a clear vision of our online future, as well as managing the planning and execution that leads to the realization of such vision. Responsibilities should include: â a Provide functional expertise in conceptualizing and building an integrated internet marketing plan, and flawlessly executing and measuring program effectiveness. Plans should be geared toward customer acquisition, maturation and retention as part of a â? lifecycle marketingâ Y model. â a Assemble and manage cross-functional team(s),as appropriate, ensuring that project goals/objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters â a Develop and maintain budgets for all expenses related to Internet operations. â a Define reporting requirements and program execution using top-tier web site analytics software. (HBX) â a Work with clients (usually Senior Marketing Executives) to define, communicate, and review plans and results. â a Prepare and deliver major presentations to senior levels within the organization â a Provide primary leadership and management for appropriate online vendors. â a Work with design, marketing and technical specialists to oversee long term web site improvement programs including major redesigns, incremental changes, and page-specific testing.
Position Requirements: â a Bachelorâ?s degree in Marketing or related field. â a 7 -10 years of online channel management experience. â a Successfully developed in-house team to execute online business initiatives. â a Demonstrated successful teamwork with technical, business, and external subordinates, peers, and superiors. â a Fluency in prevailing Internet technologies such as content management, metrics and search technologies. Online marketing methods such as search, email, etcâ a â a Strong analytical skill set a MUST. Must be able to formulate analysis plans and gather, analyze, summarize and present large quantities of performance data. Ability to simplify multi-variable data into direct, tangible business discussions. â a Proven ability to innovate and develop strategies. MUST possess the ability to apply traditional direct marketing logic & methods to the online channel and work with the other Customer Marketing channels to optimize Customer LTV , and completely understand how the online channel has evolved direct marketing methodologies. â a Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are a MUST as well as the ability to prepare and deliver major presentations to senior management within the organization. â a Relationship-building, and project management skills are critical to success, as detailed: strong strategic thinking and analytical skills; excellent experience managing multiple projects and timeframes in a cross-functional environment â a Strong skills in the areas of negotiation/persuasion â a The ability to build and leverage coalitions across businesses is integral to success
