Description UBS Investment is seeking a US Head of Prime Brokerage Sales to work as an integral member of the Prime Services team. The key strategic aim for the US Head of Prime Brokerage Sales is to increase coverage of clients. The primary responsibilities will be to: * Manage the existing US PB sales team by providing them with the support and mentorship they need to continue to grow * Develop opportunities to grow our client base to ensure long-term and continuous profitability * Build efforts to create standard metrics which will enable group to measure progress against strategic objectives. * Liaise with Equities, Fixed Income, and the remainder of the Investment Bank as well as external clients The Qualified Candidate will possess: * A proven track record of building and sustaining long-term relationships with internal and external clients in the hedge fund area. This will be evident from a robust set of established relationships with existing and/or potential UBS clients as well as a history of generating significant new business. * A history of delivering cultural and business change through excellent communications skills, a compelling vision and clear objectives. The successful candidate should possess a motivational and inspiring leadership style and be able to give evidence of integrating disparate groups and processes with an efficient, harmonious and profitable outcome. * An entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated by a truly global and cross-product strategic perspective which is cascaded down to all team members.
