Description: JP Morgan Chase’s Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) Training Department is seeking a Technology and Policy and Procedure Training Specialist with a strong background in instructional design methodologies including web-based and instructor led techniques. This position will specifically create and execute the TSS training strategy in support of the Strategic Entitlements Project; a cross TSS platform by which both internal and external users can set up and administer access to TSS internet based applications. This training position is expected to be based in Chicago, New York or Tampa. The incumbent will be responsible for the creation of the overall TSS training plan which is expected to incorporate both user ability and change readiness related learning events for internal and external users. The roll out of the training plan is expected to cover a wide range of both Treasury Services (TS) and Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) applications supported by a phased deployment plan for the Strategic Entitlements application. As a result, the incumbent must build strong global working relationships with senior business stakeholders including those in JPMorgan ACCESS Product Management, the TS and WSS Program Management Offices and the TSS Client Services organizations. This position will work in collaboration with the TS and WSS Client Services Training leads as well as TSS E Learning and will report into WSS Training for budget purposes
Responsibilities include : . Identifying the training needs / create formal training plan associated with the project as it relates to internal users (who may also deploy the application) and external users (TSS clients). . Effectively communicating the build approach, and providing going progress against the training plan to all interested parties including Program Management, SMEs for JPMorgan ACCESS and affected applications, management of all user groups and the TSS Training organization at large. . Effective project management of all training builds (expected to include pre and post deployment activities) ensuring a consistent approach across TSS globally and in concert with the overall deployment plans of the application’s Program Manager. . Consulting with TSS E Learning as to guiding principles, suitable tools and outputs for all web based learning events in accordance with SCORM and other applicable industry standards. In general all designs are to adhere to the best practices in adult learning events as supported by TSS Training. . Supporting the integration and marketing of new training materials into TSS Client Services Training curriculum (for primary internal users) and the overall deployment materials for JPMorgan ACCESS applications (for all other users). . Providing periodic evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs developed and undertaking revisions or modifications based on this analysis and measurement of training as implemented.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ REQUIRED SKILLS: * Experience in Financial Services; JPMorgan TSS/WSS specific experience preferred * Experience of Sales training delivery / course creation required * Proven ability to design technical Financial Services product training (Virtual Classroom / self directed learning) * Excellent relationship skills - experience interacting with senior management onstrategic initiatives * Detail oriented, strong organization and project management skills, team player * Strong presentation/ consultation/facilitation skills JPMorgan Chase & Co. offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
