Description

The Head of Treasury Products (Cash Management, Trade Finance and FX) has direct responsibility for overall P/L, managing annual revenue and expense plans while growing business accordingly. This includes the design of new product offerings and services, the development of marketing programs, increasing our customer base and up-selling of existing customers, and the supervision of all sales, products and implementation staff and their activities. More specifically: o Designs, implements, and maintains liabilities products and treasury management services to fully meet the needs of existing and potential customers. o Develops short and long term product strategy, competitive positioning, and marketplace solutions. o Responsible for sales management and sales productivity improvement for Treasury Sales officers. o Develops a marketing strategy for treasury management programs, monitors its success, and coordinates the treasury management call program with other departmental programs. o Oversees the pricing of treasury management programs to ensure their competitiveness and profitability. o Calls on prospective or existing customers to develop new business, expand existing business relationships, maintain good customer relations, and ensure proper servicing of accounts. o Provides advice and guidance to treasury management officers and accompanies them on calls to customers who need extensive or unusually complex services. o Maintains an awareness of trends and new developments in the field of treasury management services and ensures that the bank provides the most up-to-date, efficient services. o Leverages partnership with Corporate & Investment Bank Global Transaction Services business

Specifications / Qualifications Skills / Abilities o 10-15 years of treasury management and treasury product expertise o In-depth product knowledge in electronic banking, internet banking and treasury management products. o Strong interpersonal skills, team-building skills, proven experience as a problem solver. o Strong strategic skills along with execution and program management skills. o Ability to foster teamwork across the organization. o Management of P/L and business management. o Highly effective manager of talent
