Description: Total Rewards Design & Develop Dir. Job Description Responsibilities: Design and develop Total Rewards programs and initiatives, including related program-specific guidelines, income and/or award ranges, and program application procedures Manages the research and interpretion of market data through compensation surveys and other relevant benchmarks to research market strategy issues and identify relevant compensation trends and/or best practices that might align with Firm strategies and to maintain competitive market position. Recommend continuous improvements in Total Rewards that will enhance market competitiveness; collaborate with Line of Service (LoS including Tax, Advisory, Assurance) HR leaders to implement improvements (e.g., adjust pool allocations, salary ranges, etc.). Coaching & Development: Advise Line of Service and business Leadership and Market HR to facilitate full and complete understanding of all elements of Total Rewards strategy. Guide Total Rewards team members and support continuous development. Performance Management: Review proposed design elements of Total Rewards strategies with Lines of Service HR leaders to confirm strategy design will drive the behaviors in support of Firm objectives. Total Rewards Manage the review of positions according to the Firms career models as well as: Federal and State Labor Laws. Develop and present OFCCP and EEOC compliance reports. Process & Program Management Primary Center of Excellence (COE) point of contact to SSC during design of Total Rewards support mechanisms properly reflect the Total Rewards strategic elements and objectives. Manage the review of positions according to the Firms career models as well as Federal and State Labor Laws governing exempt and non-exempt status. Strategy Planning & Analytics. Pulse Survey agree %% in questions related to Total Rewards. Coaching & Development. Cycle time to finalize TR strategy for communication with Center of Excellence (COE) Leader and Liaison. Performance Management. Increase in agree %% for relevant Pulse Survey questions. Total Rewards. Timely completion and submission of required regulatory reporting. Travel primarily to markets, HR Shared Services Center (SSC), and external Total Rewards events.
