Description: Thought Ldrshp Inst. Fin. Serv. Mgr. Job Description Primary responsibility of this role is to provide research, writing and editing expertise for the content of Financial Services Sector Institute publications and speeches. Thought Leadership Function: Assist in the development of Financial Services Sector thought leadership publications, speeches, etc. Perform complex secondary research and analysis Present research findings succinctly, both verbally and in written form, to partners, thought leaders, and project team, as needed Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (both within the Firm and outside the Firm) on complex issues Draft original manuscripts of articles, white papers, position papers, correspondence, speeches, talking points, presentations, book chapters, and Web content Review manuscripts, to uphold observance of quality standards, to check facts and sources, to ensure consistency of writing style Communicate and work with subject matter experts in the Firm to elicit or assist in the development of distinctive points of view on various strategic issues Participate in brainstorming and editing sessions with partners, industry sector leaders, LOS leaders and thought leaders, as appropriate Assist in the preparation of materials that promote effective use of the thought leadership publication (how-to-use kit)
