Description The Teller is the primary provider of quality transactional service to Citibank clients. Understand Financial Center products and services to proactively educate clients on options. Refer sales opportunities to appropriate specialists. Ensure the safety and security of clients and Citibanks assets by complying with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Specifications / Qualifications Exceptional client service orientation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Demonstrated relationship building skills. Solid qualitative, quantitative and problem solving skills. High level of integrity. Ability to handle complex and multiple priorities. Experience in customer contact environment. Sales, cashier or other money-handling experience desired. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual in English/Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required. Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
