Job description Secret clearance or ability to obtain required - US citizenship required. At least 4 years experience developing, configuring, and testing large-scale multi-channel solutions for contact centers. Understanding of different CTI packages (Avaya and/or Cisco) and how they integrate within the contact center. Understanding of IVR and how to build IVR scripts from business rules/functional diagrams. Provides the following key project services: Leads development, configuration, testing, and delivery of the telephony solution. Leads development and delivery of multi-channel integration and CTI for the contact center. Works with client and project team personnel to understand operational environment and assure compliance with telephony and CTI requirements. Local to DC strongly preferred. Sample Work Products: Standup Development Environment, Procurement / HW/SW Receipt Tracking, Telephony Architecture, Telephony/CTI Hardware Specifications, Multi-Channel Network Diagrams, Call Management Design Documentation, Telephony Desktop Layout, IVR Call Flow Tech Specs, Dev, Test, Training, Production Environment Design Docs.
