An overall understanding of quality client service, experience in working on multifunctional teams and across multiple geographies, a strong business acumen and the instinct to think and act globally are essential for advancement within Deloitte Services. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Job Responsibilities:a The Data Integrity Groups Technical Analyst is responsible for implementing data quality controls and providing support to various groups regarding client, engagement, and personnel data resident in the Firms SAP, Engagement Management, Master Data Management (MDM) and CRM Systems.a Working very closely with functional contacts and business analysts, the individual in this position will be expected to design and document controls, queries, and procedures for ensuring data integrity in our Firms systems, including solutions for correcting large amounts of data.a This candidate will also perform analyses of client, engagement, and personnel data to identify gaps, conflicts, trends and redundancies within our information systems.a This individual will be critical to evaluating potential data quality, cleansing, and analytical tools.a In addition, this individual will determine solutions for process automation.a This analyst will also be responsible for user production support activities and special projects. - Bachelor Degree with 1 - 3 years of prior relevant work experience. OR - An Associates Degree with 3 - 5 years of prior relevant work experience. - a1-3 years of querying and programming experience in SQL (Programming language) a - 1-3 years of experience in using Excel a Relevant Business & Technical Skills a - Experience should include auditing, identifying data or systems issues, controls development, or implementing business process/system solutions.a - Working knowledge of Information Systems, Business Processes and Projects - Experience using or administrating SAP is desirable. - Extensive experience using Microsoft Office software particularly Excel and Access - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. - Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. - Strong written and oral communication skills.a - aAbility to work effectively in a team environment and to establish sound working relationships with many diverse groups a Required work location a - Hermitage, TN - Princeton, NJ - New York City a Travel Requirements a - 0 - 10%% depending on location
