The TAM partners with his/her clients to enable them to maximize their use of the DART Network Builder product by providing proactive, consultative relationship-based services that drive product adoption and drive customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: * Conduct technical walk-throughs of new DART Network Builder product features as they relate to clients usage of the product. * Drive DART Network Builder product adoption for the assigned clients, by creating content for and delivering periodic product usage reviews for their assigned clients. * Assist clients with new partner roll-out and development of training programs for partner end users. * Work with clients Ad Operations team to develop network strategy including best practices, change management and monetization analysis.Requirements: * BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. * At least 2 years work related experience is preferred. * Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience. * Familiarity with ad network concept and the ad serving industry. * Prior training and/or consulting experience.
