They are considered authorities in a number of practice areas, and clients include domestic and multinational corporations, international financial institutions, and sovereign governments. They are seeking a Tax Manager with partnership expertise, to handle diverse responsibilities including: Supervise the preparation of U.S. and State estimated tax payments for nonresident partners Liaise with U.S. and State Individual tax return preparer for our nonresident partners Supervise the preparation of files which will support the creation of the firms (and related entities) U.S. Partnership tax return (1065) Involved as a key contributor in the review/audit of U.S. tax files by the firms tax return service provider Supervise the preparation of various tax returns (UBT, Commercial Rent Tax, Sales and Use Tax) Supervise the preparation of various regulatory filings (Tax Certifications, Pension tax return, etc) Involved as a key contributor in the development of Partnership Accounting & Taxation Procedures and Policies Tremendous opportunity to gain international exposure, and work directly with key partners at one of the worlds most respected firms.
