Are you a Tax Manager with FAS 109 expertise? Looking to join an excellent and growing firm? My client is a global advertising firm which is the top company in their industry! This firm is preparing for an IPO in the next 12 months, and this Tax Manager is critical to their success. Experience: This position requires a minimum of 4+ years experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) with significant exposure to FAS 109. The ideal candidate will also have 2+ years in the private sector. In addition to expertise in FAS 109, the candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. CPA and/or Masters in Taxation also preferred.
