Description: Responsibilities for the Tax Manager include:

- Delivering of a full range of tax services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
- Conducting primary and secondary review of complex tax returns
- Providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients
- Working closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities
- Developing and managing staff
- Setting personal and client service team goals
- Monitoring multiple client services teams
- Researching and consulting on various tax matters
- Creating a project vision
- Mentoring staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
- Maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively

Required Skills:
- 7-17 years tax experience
- Solid corporate tax experience
