Description: Responsibilities for the Tax Manager include:
- Assist with compiling information required to comply with the various accounting pronouncements related to accounting for income taxes (e.g., FAS 109, FIN 48, etc.)
- Compiling tax information
- Assist with managing the tax departments compliance with Sarbanes Oxley
- Assist with or lead various tax projects, including but not limited to research and analysis of issues impacting the companys effective tax rate, tax return, asset and stock basis calculations, foreign tax planning, and due diligence

Required Skills:
- 10-25 years relevant experience with a major accounting firm or multinational corporation
- Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing public company tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
- Thorough knowledge of corporate taxation
- Thorough understanding of SEC and FASB pronouncements related to tax reporting
- Strong spreadsheet skills
