Description: The Company is looking to add an experienced Tax Manager to its team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


-Responsible for global coordination of tax filings/compliance for hedge funds and investment partnerships.


-Coordinating with outside tax professionals in the preparation of tax returns for all investment partnerships, and the structuring and implementation of global tax strategies for private investments in various jurisdictions.


-Work closely with accounting in implementing FIN 48.


-Supervising all tax matters for London and Singapore offices including corporate tax filings, transfer pricing studies, Inland Revenue inquiries.


-Conduct tax research on various topics when needed.


Qualifications:


-Minimum 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm and/or hedge fund, asset management firm or investment bank


-CPA or Masters of Taxation preferred


-Self-starter and an independent, critical thinker who can work in a small environment emphasizing teamwork


-Superior academic achievement


-Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
