Description:
Responsibilities for the Tax Accountant include:

- Overseeing monthly reconciliations of all realized and unrealized positions
- Analyzing dividend income
- Compiling estimates taxable income on a monthly basis
- Preparing specific information communicated to outside investors
- Communicating monthly ownership change in fund ownership to all prime brokers
- Quarterly calculating for any estimated tax payments required and the annual Schedule K1 process, both taxable income and footnote disclosure.
- Overseeing monthly fixed asset analysis for three offices - US, UK & Hong Kong

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of accounting experience within hedge funds/private equity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- GPA above 3.0
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
