Job description The Strategy Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives in manufacturing, logistics, & materials management. The Strategy Consultant has direct involvement in gathering data, analyzing SCM operations (e.g., inventory, demand planning), drawing conclusions, preparing analysis & giving presentations. The Strategy Consultant must be able to self-direct & provide hands-on leadership, give direction to the team & manage client relationships. The Strategy Consultant must be capable of working with time-compressed, dynamic client situations to ensure milestones & deliverables are achieved. Preferred candidates should be able to provide thought leadership based on knowledge & experience of supply chain management in: aerospace &defense, automotive, chemical & petroleum, electronics industries.
