These individuals have a working knowledge of one or more of the process areas comprising an industry value chain and are deep subject matter experts on elements within a specific process area (e.g., supply chain management, inventory control, customer segmentation). The capabilities in this Talent Network include Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Shared Services, Outsourcing and Offshoring, Human Capital and Change Management, and Business Planning and Performance Management. The candidate must have significant experience (15 years) providing supply chain consulting services to Chemical companies and other related experience in the industrial manufacturing space. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of leading practices in the chemical industry and current work demonstrating strong value add and benefits delivery to clients. The candidate must bring hands-on experience in the areas of manufacturing, operations, supply chain risk, process redesign and reengineering, cost reduction, operational simplification initiatives, change management, organizational redesign and/or benchmarking. Demonstrated success in business development, familiarity with industry issues, ability to build a team, executive presence, problem solving, communication skills and demonstrated tangible business value. The candidate should be able to lead PwC and client teams in medium- and large-scale consulting engagements to assist clients in implementing their business strategies. Specific skill sets include the ability to identify, obtain and process critical data and challenge the "status quo" through unique and innovative thought leadership. The candidate must be able to develop a business vision and lead implementation efforts. Extensive project management experience is also required, including project staffing, budgeting, planning, status updating and reporting. Prior Industry experience desired.
