Description: US-NY-New York This individual will work primarily in the Office of Ethics and Compliance to provide regulatory support forthe firm%%27s compliance program. This individual may also assist with moderately complex projects. This individual will focus in the area of laws, rules and regulations relating to the firm’s compliance activities. Initially, the focus will be on lobbying compliance for all 50 states. They will be responsible for keeping current on any changes to these laws and interpreting them. This individual will be a resource for our employees to discuss questions they may have with respect to particular rules. Responsibilities Research applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to the firm%%27s compliance activities. Contact regulators as appropriate to clarify regulations. Outline, summarize and provide information to team on research. Serve as resource on legal and regulatory matters for the compliance team. Participate in compliance projects as assigned.
