Experience managing the career development and performance issues of direct reports. Experience analyzing, designing and implementing large scale business/operations/technology solutions. Strong communication experience should include presentation / proposal generation, as well as an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a team or client organization. Willingness to work on a broad variety of projects in the Strategy & Operations practice. Very high attention to detail. Stellar work ethic.
