Description Primary Responsibilities * Responsible for daily administration of Company’s leading edge stock option program * Interface with Legal, Tax, Global Equity Coordinator and outside consultants on US, International and Expatriate option exercise issues * Act as lead in the on-going development of the Company’s stock option program administration * Project leader for a variety of initiatives from systems enhancements to work flow analysis relative to the exercise process of the stock option programs * Monitor and implement process controls where necessary * Responsible for option related projects such as, expiring option communications, optionee issues, etc. * Collaborate with Global Equity Compensation colleagues to synergize and streamline processes * Creation of communications to participants with regard to exercise process changes and enhancements * Interaction with Senior Management, and internal Accounting, Transfer Agent, Payrolls, and Human Resource departments * Maintain relationship with captive broker * Supervise, train and evaluate team of 3 direct reports

Specifications / Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required * Minimum of 5 years related experience * Must be able to foster a team environment * Must have initiative and ability to thrive in an environment that requires a great deal of flexibility with multiple and changing priorities * Must possess excellent managerial and problem solving skills * Must possess solid analytical skills and the ability to multi-task * Solid computer skills essential, proficiency in MS Access or other relational database/report writing tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills
