In this position you will help us to provide viewerswith an interactive, broadband experience that extends the CBS College sports brand and television experience to the web. Youll be involved in site design, special destination page design, contests, promotions and advertising (web ads, banners and buttons). You must be creative, able to develop new, fresh looks and have the ability to take projects from the early stages of concept to implementation. You must have keen insight into the trends on the Internet and have the ability to take a project to "the next level" while keeping the CBS College sport brand front of mind. The ability to juggle multiple tasks, problem-solve and deliver against a tight deadline when necessary all comes with the territory. Required Skills/Experience Candidate must: *be a self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a team environment. · *have expert level working knowledge of Adobe CS3 required. · *have a solid understanding of information architecture and other online design concepts including site navigation mapping, bandwidth constraints, color palettes and resolution constraints. · * have a strong working knowledge of digital video, it’s advantages and how to integrate with other media/content types in a web environmentof user interface design, the user experience and best practices for content integration and organization on the page.
