Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
15+ years of experience in an architectural office working on all project phases
Prior project architect experience
Strong leadership, organizational and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively manage workflow
Good design, technical and business sense with the ability to handle conflict resolution
Working knowledge of CAD and typical office software; Revit knowledge a plus
Ability to effectively balance own project work while supervising work of junior team members
Must be registered architect in NY State. LEED-AP a plus
