Description Following established written procedures and guidelines, provides technical and analytical support in a Derivatives or GCIB support operations function e.g., clearance and settlement, trade processing or specialty Derivatives area for 1 or more Derivatives product areas. Using established techniques, analyzes and resolves complex Derivatives operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and or coordination of multiple operational and or product specialists to resolve. May assist in managing projects and or introduction of new initiatives, systems, products and services and processes coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and or products. As a seasoned analyst, may provide work direction and technical guidance to less experienced associates in resolving complex transactions and operational problems. Requires up to 1-3 years experience in the Derivatives Operations function with thorough working knowledge of operational aspects for derivative transactions and products. Additional Information: * The candidate will be responsible for supporting the EFP OTC derivative trading desks. * Provide client marks to High Net Worth & Hedge Fund clients. * Produce and disseminate payment notices. * Assist EFP Salesmen with client inquiries, asset allocations and commission issues. * Coordinate with corporate actions group to adjust traders risk management positions. * Act as liaison between EFP OTC traders and Salesman. * Responsible for cash payments on OTC derivative transactions, research and resolution of outstanding OTC payables / receivables.

Qualifications Required Skills: - Knowledge of ADP, HAWKS, MERLIN, Meridian - Extensive OTC equity derivative product knowledge Desired Skills: - Good communication skills - High attention to detail
