Description: Sr Mgr-Marketing AutoReqId 97448BR Responsibilities The Membership Rewards (MR) Travel Partnerships team is responsible for the day-to-day management of existing travel industry related partnerships along with new partner development in such categories as airline, lodging, car rental, rail, adventure travel, golf, spa and experiential rewards. In addition, the team provides travel industry/category expertise and perspective to cross-functional Blue Box initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several high profile Membership Rewards Airline & Lodging partnerships with a primary focus on Delta Airlines and InterContinental Hotel Group. Responsibilities include; regular partner performance reporting and analytics; design of targeted and broad-scale marketing strategies to stimulate MR point redemption activity and other key partner metrics; procurement and execution of promotional campaigns that deliver increased Cardmember value; contract term and pricing negotiations with external partners; business development activities including but not limited to new partner/category exploration, reward enhancement; and technical integration project management for select partners. This candidate will also be responsible for the development of MR Travel "Experiential" events. This will include; working with external agencies on event ideation; leading event marketing activities; along with being the key point of contact for internal cross-functional partners in MR Travel, Global Advertising/Brand Management, CCSG Entertainment Group, Establishment Services and others for things related to the successful development and execution of MR Travel Team "Experiential" event rewards.
