Description: Description: â• aLeads project management of Sutent Patient Assistance Program for Worldwide Philanthropy. oManaging a large and geographically dispersed team, the primary vendor, and the entire suppy chain of the donations component of the Sutent program. oOrganizes cross-divisional, cross-functional team; on a periodic basis, conducts site visits and coordinates meetings with global teams and sites. Builds and manages relationships with external vendors. oManages supply chain of product including coordination with Global Manufacturing, regulatory, transportation, distribution, warehousing, forecasting, inventory tracking and security for donated product. oWorks with vendors to provide inventory demand and data management services including synthesis of information on both descriptive and analytical levels. oCreatively addresses infrastructure challenges within Pfizer and in developing countries, for example supporting capacity-building activities at the Pfizer country office level. â• aRepresents Worldwide Philanthropy at conferences and internal events through public speaking and participation on a broad range of global health and technical issues. â• aLiaises with internal Access teams and external non-profit partners to reconcile senior level vision with functional capability. â• aCommunicates with internal, cross-divisional stakeholders, and external non-profit partners, including drafting correspondence and briefings for senior management. â• aProvides communication and information support to the department and key stakeholders on philanthropy issues, including content updates for philanthropy website and presentations. Responsibility includes writing annual reports and communications pieces based on project impact data. Qualifications: ï,oMinimum of five years specialized work experience in managing international product donation programs, operations, and/or pharmaceuticals. ï,oAt least three years of experience in supply chain (export/import), manufacturing or operations management preferred ï,oExcellent project management skills oExperience managing complex projects in corporate setting, requiring strong skills in building cross-divisional, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones oExcellent communication skills and ability to synthesize information and present concise briefs to senior management ï,oTransportation/Distribution/Warehousing oExperience in the transportation and distribution of goods internationally and domestically in developing countries oExperience with Information Technologies and Warehousing to facilitate control of the distribution channels in multiple countries ï,oForecasting oExperience in demand planning oStrong analytical skills ï,oMust be able to travel up to 20%% annually ï,oDemonstrated analytical, operational design and strategic planning skills ï,oNon-profit and private sector experience preferred ï,oExperience managing multiple, competing tasks ï,oProblem solver â?" with demonstrated attention to detail ï,oStrong verbal and written communication skills ï,oExcellent interpersonal, research and writing skills ï,oAbility to work independently with demonstrated motivation to learn new skills ï,oForeign language preferredâ?"
