BearingPoint is seeking Senior Leadership with at least 10 years of experience in business development and delivery management of SAP solutions to manage and deliver large, complex SAP engagements that recognize, propose, and execute creative business solutions and technology solutions for our clients. Individuals in Senior Leadership positions are expected to contribute to the firms growth and development in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: . Manage risk, project finances including planning and budgeting, define deliverable content, ensures buy-in of projected solutions from top management levels at the client . Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, and contribute to proposal pricing strategy. . Increase awareness and reputation of the BearingPoint SAP GRC Practice through development of solutions and methodologies, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. . Team building through mentoring and coaching, provide input and guidance into the firms hiring process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities. . A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Requirements: . 10+ years configuration experience in SAP through 4+ full life cycle implementation projects and 2+ full life cycle implementations in SAP GRC. . Expertise with business process redesign. . Demonstrated understanding of SAP ASAP implementation methodology. . Demonstrable experience in client/customer-facing roles with senior management and client executives, with evidence of organizational change management skills Capability to lead teams of 15+ resources. . BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or other appropriate discipline. . Achieve unsurpassed client satisfaction - excellence in work product combined with very strong client management Desired qualifications: . Long-term large project experience. . Global SAP GRC implementation experience. . Experience with SAP Landscape design including interfacing SAP to legacy computer systems. . Comprehensive experience in establishing and managing formal, ongoing Data Quality Applicants must be located in the United States and be willing to accommodate a travel schedule of 100%% during the week.
