Description: Sr Manager-Marketing - U.S. Merchant Communications AutoReqId 107474BR Responsibilities This Sr. Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the U.S. Merchant Communications Team within Global Network Marketing & Information. This team is responsible for U.S. Merchant Communications, and this individual will be responsible for managing the merchant creative platform, managing the Creative Review Board for merchant communications, managing the annual policy mailing to U.S. merchants, as well as developing and managing communications for the tenured U.S. Merchant base. This individual will lead an Analyst direct report. Specific responsibilities will include: 1) Managing the Creative Review Board for merchant communications in order to ensure consistency of communications to the U.S. merchant base 2) Driving excellence in U.S. Merchant Communications by reviewing marketing creative and providing marketing consultation 3) Evolving the merchant creative platform 4) Managing and evolving the policy mailing communications to U.S. Merchants and working closely with key stakeholders to manage this complex initiative 5) Identifying opportunities, focused primarily on the tenured U.S. Merchant base (eg, developing communications to provide information insights to our U.S. merchant base, working with Merchant Services to provide support on pricing communications, etc) 6) Leading and developing an Analyst direct report EOE statement American Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
