Youll be working with a dynamic team with an impressive track record. Senior Manager, Commissioning & Technical Services Position Summary: Reports to the Director, Technical Services. The Senior Manager, Commissioning & Technical Services will have responsibility for people management, service quality, multiple client relationships, financial performance, and local operations region support/interface within the New Yorkregion. Client-specific responsibilities include managing all aspects of a commissioning program, such as developing a commissioning plan, status reports, coordinating commissioning meetings, organizing and conducting installation inspections and systems performance testing, and facilitating project turnover and training. Position responsibilities - Management responsibility for a team of commissioning professionals - Direct accountability for multiple client relationships - Schedule technical resources and develop/maintain budget - Ensure quality of service delivery - Manage resources efficiently - Communicate regularly with Director, Technical Services - Apply technical service standards and proprietary software database - Maintain client satisfaction - externally and internally - Project and report financial results

Qualifications

Required Qualifications - Education: BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering highly preferred - Experience: 5 to 8 years related experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and leadership skills - Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly - Ability to travel locally approximately 50%% of the time - Demonstrated potential to advance within the organization - In-depth understanding and “hands on” experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers - 3 to 5 years experience in building commissioning and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshooting
