BearingPoints Financial Services Sector is currently seeking a Senior Manager to sell and deliver mid to large-scale consulting projects in the Commercial Lending vertical. Location/s: USA Relocation: No Performance Profile: . The successful candidate will be responsible for the selling, management and direction of multiple consulting projects or a single large and complex project for Commercial Lending clients. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a client base, managing client relationships, building and mentoring project teams, staying educated on current trends and assisting in the development of knowledge capital. . Will also assist business development teams with writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients; . Will take conceptual ideas and/or raw data and translate into business messages. . May assume a leadership role for a specific technology or process. . Manages overall relationships with some clients and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide technical expertise and project direction. . Shares practice management and performance management responsibilities including the overall management of project teams and development and review of staff. . Day to day responsibilities include: practice solution development, project planning, engagement management, budget management, resource allocation and vendor management. . Recognized by several of the major commercial lenders in the industry and able to network with those lenders to develop new business, develop relationships, and capture information to understand industry trends,

Requirements: . Must have 7+ years of a combination of consulting and general Commercial Lending experience with strong background in systems, processes, products and regulations. . Proven track record to sell and manage $3+ million revenue annually. . Strong consulting skills are required including ability to analyze the current state, develop the target state and present alternatives and recommendations to Senior Management as well as plan, execute and control engagements. . Strong project management skills are required including but not limited to meeting facilitation, leadership of client and BearingPoint teams, deliverable production and quality review, and strict adherence to timelines and deadlines . Demonstrated ability to write and deliver proposals to prospective clients . Strong computer skills are required for applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. . Current or recent Big 4 experience is preferred. . Candidates must have the ability to accommodate a Monday-Thursday travel schedule . Candidates must have current US work authorization

Education and Experience . Advanced degree preferred . Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience is required.
