Sr.Interactive Marketing Manager. - Work with Director in planning Web Marketing strategies for Maybelline and Garnier Brands. - Lead development of strategic launch initiatives (ie website redesigns) - Manage day to day aspects of Maybelline New York and Garnier websites including: working with web development agencies and promotional agencies for regular site updates and with media planning and e-mail marketing agencies to plan/ execute traffic driving strategies, etc. - Develop marketing plan strategies and manage budget with Director. - Interface with TV/Print Media and Consumer Promotions groups to execute integrated media campaigns - Work closely with brand managers to ensure online creative effectively communicates the brand message and identity - Work with International Internet Depts as necessary related to projects with international concern. REQUIREMENTS: Experience and Qualifications: - College degree - 6 + Years in interactive marketing - including site development, content creation, media planning and executing online media and email marketing initiatives - Highly creative and knowledgeable in digital media trends/platforms, including but not limited to: social media, mobile, user-generated content, branded video content, paid/organic search and email marketing - Experience with using online tracking tools (ie Omniture, WebTrends, Sagemetrics or Coremetrix; DART or MediaPlex) - Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented - Excellent follow-through ability is a must - Traditional advertising and product marketing experience a plus - Background/interest in cosmetics/beauty/fashion fields and marketing preferred - Familiar with online tracking tools (ie WebTrends, Sagemetrics, Coremetrix, Omniture, DART)
