Job Description Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Inc. is seeking a team player who is customer service focused, professional, outgoing, energetic, able to write clear detailed technical and customer update/notes. The successful incumbent must possess excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. A candidate must also be able to manage their time and determine when to escalate an issue to the next level, communicate with client/SBS mgmt, strong phone etiquette, handle high-pressure envmt, anticipate the needs of the client and act accordingly. 4-5 years experience in troubleshooting Windows environment. Experience in application support important, TCP/IP, market data, Windows NT/XP. Some hardware experience preferred. Must be able to work with multiple issues at a time. Strong customer service skills are a MUST. . General knowledge and troubleshooting in windows XP * HEAVY client interaction/communication . Working knowledge and troubleshooting ability in: MS Office Suite XP Adobe Suite Outlook/Exchange Internet Explorer . Configure network printers. . Configure and troubleshoot PDAs (Blackberry) . General knowledge of hardware configuration. A candidate must also be able to do the following: . Manage their time and able to determine when to escalate an issue to the next level. . Communicate with client management and Siemens management . Actively contribute to the department. . Have strong phone etiquette. . Ability to troubleshoot over the phone . Handle high-pressure environment . Anticipate the needs of the client and act accordingly. . Bachelors degree or equivalent job experience. . A minimum of 1 years experience in technical customer service is preferred. . Interpersonal skills are required. . Excellent problem solving skills. . Good verbal and written communications skills. .
