More information about this job: Overview: Must be creative, organized, self-motivated, able to handle multiple demands and be a team player. Responsible for designing and conceptualizing the aesthetic of the Enyce line. Must demonstrate flexibility to cope with constant change and the ability to adjust appropriately. Ability to lead and manage staff of 1 to complete projects and goals. Ability to stay on top of trends and shop the market (domestic and overseas). Must have global knowledge of the mens designer and street wear markets. Help create concept, bodies and theme boards. Must be able to develop fabric, print and yarn dye. Must have a great eye for fit and details.

Responsibilities: KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE: .Daily communication with overseas external/internal. .Presentations for various meetings must be executed professionally and in a timely fashion. .Attends all necessary meetings related to the division, design team, and creation of the line. .Stay up-to-date on all reports. .Knowledge of garment construction. .Attend all fit meetings. .Help solve all problems that may occur during proto sample stage.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION (work exp., education, etc.): .5+ years industry experience .Good fabric knowledge .Initiative/sense of urgency .Computer skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel. .Must be design school graduate
