Prominent and highly reputable NYC Real Estate Property Management firm is seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Manager to join their Accounting Department. This position will report directly to the Controller and is a highly visible position. This multi-faceted opportunity presents tremendous potential for growth while working in a stimulating and rewarding environment. The responsibilities for this role include managing the Accounts Receivable staff, overseeing all Billing and Cash Receipts applications as well as working closing with the internal legal team on tenant arrears. Strong knowledge of commercial Real Estate Leases will be essential to be successful in this role.
