Job Description


Are you a top-notch software engineer? Does the idea of solving challenging problems with exceptional peers motivate you like nothing else? Do you want to create solutions that will benefit millions of people?



Your Role:



You will be responsible for developing and implementing major components of our consumer facing website.



You will be designing software solutions for hard informatics and data analysis problems.



Solutions will be developed in an agile(scrum) test-driven iterative environment.



You will be working with small teams of A-Players.


Skills


Excellent coder who fearlessly tackles new problems.


Should be an expert in Java or Python.


Experience with AJAX.


Comfortable working with agile methodologies and test driven development.


Able to learn new technologies and programming languages quickly.


Self-directed and hard working. This is a startup.



Plus:


Experience with Zope, MySQL, and Memcache
