Description: !*! The person in this position will support the implementation and development of the Portware Execution Management System (EMS), for the equity trading desk. Portware will be used for connectivity to external liquidity sources, and external algorithms. Also, internal algorithms will be developed. The person in this position will collect requirements from the equity traders, quantitative developers, middle-office, and IT. The requirements will need to be documented, analyzed, and turned into technical specifications. Constant interraction with business representatives at all levels, and with the entire IT organization, will be required.!*! Minimum of 15 years development experience, in Java and Oracle Minimum of 15 years of Financial Services/Trading experience Algorithm development of the Portware application required Reuters market data experience Excellent written and verbal skills
