We are looking for an enthusiastic communicator who will persuade targeted families to participate in research as an ACNielsen Homescan Consumer Panel family. This individual will build and maintain supportive relationships with each of these families as a.MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE! Both Nielsen Media Research and ACNielsen Homescan and Spectra are part of The Nielsen Company. The Nielsen Company is the worlds leading provider of marketing information, audience measurement, and business media products and services. Nielsen provides clients with the most complete view of their consumers and their markets. Nielsen Media Research has been the leader in the Television Ratings Industry for over 50 years. Nielsen Media Research measures television audiences and reports data to television networks, local affiliates, cable operator/networks, program syndicators, and advertising agencies. ACNielsen is the worlds leading marketing information provider, primarily serving manufacturers and retailers of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Offering services in more than 100 countries, ACNielsen provides measurement and analysis of marketplace dynamics and consumer attitudes and behavior. Membership Representatives make personal visits to potential Nielsen Homescan families (without an appointment), and advise them that their participation in the Homescan Consumer Panel will help represent the sample in their area. Homescan families will provide their daily/weekly purchases which will be included in the Homescan Consumer Panel sample. Membership Representatives will maintain relationships with these families in order to help ensure ongoing family participation and customer service. This position will allow for a non traditional work schedule with some potential for overnight travel. This unique position with Nielsen Media Research offers the following. . Office in your home . Flexible scheduling . Company car . Comprehensive benefits package, from first day of employment . Computer and printer . Paid Training program . $ 32,000-$38,000 base salary based on experience & skills demonstrated in an interview, potential for overtime, $8,000 Regional Pay Differential, $1500 language differential to those who qualify, and a bonus potential which could exceed $8,000.
