Description: Software Quality Management Associate Tracking Code 1221 Job Description The ISE is currently recruiting a dynamic Software Quality Management Associate to join our staff in our Quality and Process Management Department.

Primary Responsibilities include: * End to end functional testing of order routing system and spread trading applications * Acceptance and regression testing, using automation where possible * Report and manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle * Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases * Provide Level 2 support for Market Operations Required Experience Skills required: * 2-5 years of testing experience * Knowledge of the Software development life-cycle. * Use of QA Automation tools. * Familiarity with Process and Procedures as they pertain to test and industry standards. * Independent Testing of Client Server based applications. * Experience with developing test scripts and test plans. * Financial Industry experience (stocks and options) * Knowledge of and experience working with the FIX Protocol * Must be self-starter and have the ability to work independently and within a team. * Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking required.
