The Role The Shipping and Inventory department is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an effective and professional relationship with all the internal and external customers. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Verifying incoming equipment, reviewing shipping orders to ensure accuracy, research and resolve discrepancies, and maintain our internal help desk ticket request; Processing outbound shipments (domestic/international) and determining the correct routes for the orders; Assisting internal and external customers with tracking and tracing of shipments; And performing cycle counts, proper warehousing, and FIFO to maintain the accuracy of the inventory. Qualifications: -Bachelors degree or related work experience -Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse shipping environment -Knowledge of the UPS and FedEx databases -Knowledge of SAP with SD and IM modules -Ability to lift up to 70 lbs -General knowledge of shipping lead times -An excellent customer service mindset
