Description * Provide support for Institutional Sales Traders * Book/process customer and proprietary trades within established standards * Open and maintain customer accounts * Monitor/reconcile failing customer trades * Ensure compliance with regulations/laws/policies that govern our business * Provide customer service for escalated operational issues, and various miscellaneous inquiries * Heavy interaction with Institutional customer base
