Service Program: Platform for Growth - Service Quality Metrics (SQM) - Business Analyst The Global Service Quality Metrics Program’s goal is to introduce a steady state organization to maintain a continuous improvement environment which uses automated tools and analytics to evaluate performance against SLAs, determine source causes, identify and prioritize opportunities, and track results. A Business Analyst within this workstream will: * Build business requirements * Clearly participate in testing of new features/functions * Participate in facilitated workshops and run or assist in SME interviews * Administer and evaluate questionnaires and surveys * Participate in training initiatives * Work with management and other analysts on the team to ensure that the overall project goals are met

Specifications / Qualifications Possible Position Locations:New York, NY or Jersey City, NJ Specifications / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following attributes * Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus) * 4-6 years experience in relevant field * Strong proficiency in Windows, MS Project or Planview, and MS Office Suite, exceptional Excel skills, proficiency in Visio * The candidate should be a fast thinker/quick learner, possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines. * Experience with financial transaction services product(s) desired * Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, requirements gathering, process mapping * Familiarity with facilitated cross-functional process improvement workshops is a plus * Familiarity with Quality tools (e.g. data analysis & decision making) is a plus * Demonstrated ability to be a team player * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
