Position Summary: * The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the enhancement and development of policies, procedures, and tools that align with Our Clients vision and direction. * Partnering with the various departments within the Online Technology Division, this individual will establish operational reports and assist in the design of solutions based upon agreed KPIs, and manage internal and external client expectations. Duties and Responsibilities: The Service Delivery Manager: * Works closely with the Online Technology teams who are responsible for enhancing and supporting the eCommerce platform of: * Network * Systems * Operations * Development * Project Management * Q/A * Improves and manages: * The Change Control process * Weekly meetings * Tools * Develops Policies and Procedures for current and future operational requirements. * Confirms IT project outcomes by establishing standards and testing requirements. * Prepares Status Reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. * Enhances the department and organization reputation by: * Accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. * Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. * Examines and recommends changes to current business practices. * Develop and writes proposals. * Implements solutions by: * Monitoring project progress * Tracking action items * Conducting Design and Implementation reviews. * Examining, researching, and resolving issues. * Escalating issues to appropriate authority. * Responding to team members concerns. * Following production, productivity, quality, and Customer Service standards. * Identifying work process improvements * Manages client expectations by: * Building relationships * Communicating project status and open issues * Preparing reports * Conducting reviews and issue meetings * Discovering new issues * Updates job knowledge by: * Tracking and understanding emerging Information Technology and Project Management practices and standards * Participating in educational opportunities * Reading professional publications * Maintaining personal networks * Participating in professional organizations * Works with various 3rd-party providers and support teams.
