Description: As the Senior Tax Accountant you will:

- Prepare federal, state and local tax as well as International compliance products for partnerships and corporations
- Respond to tax notices from federal, state and local agencies
- Prepare financial schedules
- Maintain tax trial balances and prepare tax adjustments for pass through entities
- Maintain investment tracking schedules to generate gain and loss reports
- Maintain issuer allocation requests for NYS/NYC corporate tax return preparation
- Work directly with external tax consultants
- Assist with special projects as required
- Issue K-1s and other tax related schedules to various investors

Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of partnerships tax experience in from public accounting
- Strong BNA-CCM, BNA-RAA and Fast-Tax skills
